I have mentioned this before: I am a kid of the 90s, and in hindsight, the music we listened to had some great product lessons. You can check out my previous article about boy bands teaching me how to be a good product person. Or stay right here and hum along as we dive into girl groups of the 90s and their wisdom.

TLC — Waterfalls

“Don’t go chasing waterfalls…”

Need I say more?

There are instances where a waterfall approach can be favourable, but we usually need to be more flexible. In waterfall project management, a set goal is pursued so stringently that it becomes outdated by the time we’re done. We do not get feedback during implementation, so we cannot react and pivot if needed.
